Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa was born and raised in London to Kosovar-Albanian parents, spending part of her childhood in Pristina before returning to the UK to pursue music. She began posting covers online as a teenager, developing the confident, pop-forward voice that would define her early singles.

Her 2017 self-titled debut album produced the global smash “New Rules”, and in 2019 she won the Grammy Award for Best New Artist, establishing her as one of the defining pop stars of her generation.

Her sound leans on disco, nu-disco and dance-pop, pairing retro production with modern, radio-ready hooks. Critics have highlighted her precise, cool vocal delivery and a consistent pop vision across her records.

The 2020 album “Future Nostalgia” — home to “Don't Start Now” and “Levitating” — became a landmark pop record and won the Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album. Her third album, “Radical Optimism” (2024), debuted at number one in the UK.

Dua Lipa is a three-time Grammy winner and a multiple BRIT Award recipient, including two wins as British Female Solo Artist.

She headlined Glastonbury's Pyramid Stage in 2024 and toured the world behind “Radical Optimism”. Through the Sunny Hill Festival, co-founded with her father, she continues to spotlight music from Kosovo and Albania.
